As per the latest guidelines issued by The Reserve Bank of India for Prepaid Wallets, it is now mandatory for all the wallet service providers including tmw to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all the customers.
At tmw, your convenience has always been our priority and hence we are laying out an extremely simple 2 step process to help you comply with these new guidelines.
Easy steps to complete KYC

Courier self-attested hard copies of the following documents to our office address,
a) The duly filled and signed tmw KYC Form
b) Recent Photograph with cross-signed & affixed on the KYC form.
c) Name, D.O.B & Address should match with your Proof of ID & Address provided
d) Self-attested Photocopy of your ID Proof & Address

On receipt of the documents, company personnel will get in touch with you to complete KYC formalities.

Please Note: You can give a single document like a Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voters ID or Driving License for proof of both ID & address if the address on the document matches with the address for your tmw account.
