If your Broadband bill payment has been processed through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), please follow below steps to check transaction status:
- In tmw App, Open Side Menu
- Click on Help & Support
- Select Bharat Bill Payment Support
- Enter your transaction details (Trxn ID/Mobile Number and Transaction Date)
- Click on Submit
If your transaction has not gone through BBPS then please click on the "Message Us" option and send us your transaction details.
